Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. 

Secondly, please make sure you are formatting your order number correctly! 🙈 Correct formatting does not include a number sign (#). If your order number starts with letters, such as CA, please include those!

Thirdly, please make sure you are entering your email address exactly as you had entered it when placing your order!
